1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the following locations:
- China, EU, Hong Kong, India, Japan, UK

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- All orders over £600 will receive free international shipping.
International shipping.
- Standard Shipping: - £30
- Express Shipping: - £50
Hong Kong & China shipping.
- Standard Shipping: - £15
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery location.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days
- Express Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

6. International Shipping
We ship to over 20 countries with duties and taxes included. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.
If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. 9. Shipping Delays
Please bear in mind that these times are for the shipment by the carrier. These do not take into account customs delays in certain countries which may slow these times down. This is unfortunately out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any delays due to customs or extenuating circumstances such as bad weather etc.
Please allows an extra couple of days for shipping during busy periods such as sales or public holidays.
