- We know that sometimes we feel an item would just fit us better in a different size or we prefer to have another piece, so we're happy to help. Please click here within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll take you through the exchange process.

- We offer free exchanges worldwide except in certain limited cases.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges must meet the following guidelines to be approved.
- Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with all tags still attached and original packaging. All goods are inspected on return.
- Please be careful when trying products on, for example, ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as this may leave marks on the product and we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.
Sending items back
- Please fold items neatly in the correct bags before returning.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged in any way.
- We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service.
- We are not responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.
- All items must be received and inspected by us before a return or replacement is issued.
- Please clearly mark the package “returned goods”, to avoid any customs charges.
- We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
Items in stock
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different item, then please check on our website for current stock levels to avoid disappointment.
- If the exchange request is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then we can either issue a refund or store credit.
- We cannot accept exchange for items purchased outside our website.
- Once the items are delivered to us, they will be inspected within 7 business days of receipt and you will receive an email as soon as we have inspected and approved your refund or exchange.
- We will then process the shipping of an exchange or issue you a refund within 2 business days of your exchange or refund being approved. However, normally this will occur as soon as the refund/exchange is approved. It may take a couple of days for the refund to show on your banks statement.
- In some cases, if your exchange request is not in stock, we will contact you offering a different size or different style to exchange to, or to issue a refund if you would like.
